Welcome back! This week we do a quick recap of the girls weekend at the cabin and then dive into what “being healthy” means to us. Healthy is such a broad term, and do not get us wrong, we LOVE food, but how do we balance our splurges vs. doing what we know is “better” for us. What does “being healthy” or making healthy choices mean to you? It is beyond what you eat and how you practice living. How often are you moving your body? how do you sit? are you prioritizing a workout regularly? do you walk instead of drive somewhere?
